We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Prices displayed are in SGD and inclusive of relevant taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed through our secure checkout process.

5. Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom or made-to-measure garments are created specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Adjustments may be accommodated where feasible, at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Second Sons is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for ready-to-wear items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging. Custom and made-to-measure orders are excluded. For assistance, please go to our Help Center.
