1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear shirts without personalizations that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are offered as store credit for ready-to-wear shirts, valid for one year from issue date. Note that return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Custom shirts or ready-to-wear pieces with personalisations cannot be returned.
2. What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are not accepted for all products.
3. What should I do if my order arrives defective?
