1. What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns & exchanges are available for standard sized shirts only. Shirts that have been adjusted to custom measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.
We provide refunds via your original payment method within 14 days of receipt, provided the shirt is in its original condition with all tags attached.
2. What should I do if my order arrives defective?
We're sorry to hear that. Send us a note at [email] with a short description and a photo of the defect and we'll review and arrange a resolution promptly.
