1. How do I find the right size for me?
Our sizing guide provides a reference and starting point for how body and shirt measurements correspond to each of our standard sizes.
2. How do I measure myself correctly at home?
For body measurements: Use a soft measuring tape to measure your chest, waist, hips, and arm length. For the chest, waist, and hips, let the tape sit close to the body — secure and comfortable, but not too tight. For the arm, trace the natural line from shoulder to wrist, keeping the tape flat against the skin. For shirt measurements: Lay your best-fitting shirt flat on a flat surface and measure across the chest (just under the armhole), the waist, and the hip. 3. What if I don't own a measuring tape?
Send us a note at [email address] with your name and mailing details, and we’ll send one to you on the house. (Each customer is entitled to one tape.)
4. What if I'm between two sizes?
Choose the smaller size for a sharper, closer line, or the larger for a more relaxed drape. If you're unsure, we can advise based on your proportions and how you like to wear your shirts.
5. Do your shirts fit true to size?
Yes. Each shirt follows a consistent system of measurement developed through years of pattern refinement. You can expect a clean, reliable fit across all our styles.
6. How do your custom fits differ from ready-to-wear?
Ready-to-wear follows our house proportions. Custom begins from yours — measured, refined, and adjusted until it feels exact. If your custom shirt doesn't fit as intended, we'll make it right — through complimentary alteration or, where needed, a full remake. Up to two rounds of correction are included, and we will assess whether an adjustment or remake is most appropriate.
7. Do you offer different fits (e.g. slim, classic, relaxed)?

10. My shirt's measurements are different than advertised
Our shirt measurements should be accurate to our fit guide within a <5% margin of error. We also include this amount for shrinkage.
